I can't believe that I am already packing up all my things for the ShesConnected conference in Toronto! I am sooo excited and soo nervous as many of you probably already know but this packing thing I am not too fond of. I feel like I am packing too much and not enough all at the same time, I have no idea what I am going to wear to the 80s party... clearly I can't wear and 50s dress... I would probably give off the impression that I was completely daft. So. I am at a loss. I may just do wild makeup. If only I could find my black lace fingerless gloves they'd be GREAT for this. I have no idea where they are though. I have no idea what kind of top to wear, and I would probably end up in my red heels for that kind of thing... maybe my new skinny jeans.
There are one or two things that I know for a fact that I will be packing, I will for sure be strutting my stuff in my incredible Naot Boots, my sexy red leather $310.00 Naot boots baby....

I am so stoked to be taking these to Toronto to strut around in all over town. Not to mention have to fear of getting sore feet if I am out ALL DAY which I will be EVERYDAY. my girlfriend and I have lots of great things planned plus yummy things!! So these are definitely gonna be getting a workout lol.
Along with that I will be taking this long sparkly things with me!
I know they're lovely... little too long but idc i'm getting used to them and I LOVE the sparkly, they'll also go very well with both the "Shades of Grey" party AND 80s party at the conference. Perhaps them being a little too long will work well for the 80s theme, and they cost me a fair share for $$ well to me, a girl who never gets her nails done EVER!
I have so much to pack... so much to do... pray that I get all that I need to done and forget only things I can easily buy on the other end!

Got myself new boots today just for the event! And now I am desperately trying to squeeze at least 3 other pairs in my suitcase. and a pair of slippers for the hotel.
I think I am definitely packing too much -- clothes for the conference, outfit for dinner out, costumes for parties, decent pj's cause I have a roomie, then travel home Sunday (more pj's?? ha)
but I hate it when I pack light, and then arrive and am just dying to wear that fancy black lace top that I left behind.
my 80's is the Madonna like look and I have a crazy blue wig. for Grey - wearing grey! duh, original right?
perhaps we'll run into each other.
