Organ Donation

I have been kinda feeling low today based on the lack of PV's on both my blogs.  UGH life grabs everyone all at once, I know i'm not the only one that feels like this.  For what it matters I am really trying to visit EVERYONE'S blogs everyday.  There are even some I haven't seen in a while on my blog roll which makes me sad.  I also keep forgetting the ones that aren't on my blog roll, are only in my e-mail on in my bookmarks... so sorry there is just so much amazing stuff to read in so little time.

So today I am taking a moment to talk about something that I think is important.  Organ Donations.  I think more people need to sign up to do this, even sign up your children, as some kids who need organs don't get them as the size of the adults is too large.  Just think about that for a moment, if the loss of your child could lead to the prevention of someone else having to go thru the same thing I would do it.  Soo on that morbid note I wanted to send you to this womans blog.  She has taken the time to highlight the importance of this and to try to dismiss myths attached to the world of organ donation.

I have signed my donation card, have you ?

I'm having that issue too, so you're not alone-Too many wonderful people to visit and amazing things to read, so very little time!

Good for you that you choose to be an organ donor-I think it's very important and an admirable thing to do. When I got my license renewed this year, I also chose to be an organ donor.

I'm a bit worried because of the LD, but I think it's still worth it :)

I am all about organ donations! Why not help save a life if you can?

And donate blood...you can save a life before yours is done and ready to share all the bits.

Lol when I was young I was scared of organ donation. The thought of not going to heaven whole was horrible for me. But now that I know better the idea that god forbid something should happen to me and I could save someone else's life brings me joy.

Yeah that woman's blog goes thru every religions stand point on organ donation if that is something that holds you back! It is really interesting to read all the different stand points on it :)
